Family Law Associate (5+ years)
One of New Jersey’s Top Ranked Law Firms, a Chambers ranked law firm, seeks a Family Law Associate. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience with family law. Ideal candidate would have experience in litigation involving families, estate litigation, closely held business disputes, etc. Will be expected to be able to work independently, draft comprehensive case information statements, draft motion documents (briefs and certifications), handle discovery, take and defend depositions and appear in court. Trial experience (including domestic violence) preferable.
Candidate must be an active member in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar. New York Bar Membership preferred. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.

Commercial Finance / Real Estate Associate (3+ years)

Floater Legal Secretary (3+ years’ experience)
One of New Jersey’s Top Ranked Law Firms seeks a full-time Floater Legal Secretary to provide interim coverage and support to the attorneys and the firm. Candidate will be carrying out various administrative services and will be supporting attorneys across multiple practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience that includes litigation.
Candidate must possess a strong work ethic, excellent oral and written communication skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to work in all practice areas, and ability to interact effectively with attorneys and clients.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of and ability to apply office software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and PDF.
- Ability to coordinate work assignments, prepare legal correspondence and documents, transcribe digital dictation, organize and maintain files and records.
- Experience with e-filing in New Jersey and New York preferred.
