Healthcare Law Alert: PIP Update – Proposed PIP Legislation Removed From January 21 Hearing

The subject of the Healthcare Law Alert posted Friday, January 15, 2021, concerning the legislation seeking to bar healthcare providers from receiving PIP reimbursement, has new developments.

Specifically, New Jersey Senate Bill No. S2053 has been removed from committee hearing on Thursday, January 21. The New Jersey Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers, represented by Brach Eichler LLC, is working closely with representatives to communicate legitimate concerns about the S2053 as currently written.
