Emily J. Harris, Associate

Emily Harris focuses her practice on New Jersey No-Fault PIP Arbitrations where she represents ambulatory care facilities, hospitals, chiropractors, physicians, and other healthcare providers. She is responsible for managing files, drafting arbitration statements, and assisting clients with their cases from start to finish.

Prior to joining Brach Eichler, Emily worked for several law firms in the New Jersey area where she practiced PIP, Personal Injury, and Worker’s Compensation. Previously, Emily clerked for the late Honorable Edward V. Gannon, J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division.

Emily is an avid supporter of the Moms Helping Moms Foundation, a baby supply and diaper bank committed to serving families and children in New Jersey.
