Kelley M. Rutkowski, Associate

Kelley Rutkowski concentrates her practice in the areas of family law and trust and estate litigation, and also handles other complex civil matters such as commercial and employment disputes. She represents clients in federal and state courts throughout New Jersey and New York, and has also successfully settled many cases through mediation and other methods of alternative dispute resolution. She is a strong, compassionate advocate who is committed to efficiently delivering positive results for all of her clients.

Prior to joining Brach Eichler, Kelley served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter J. Tober, J.S.C. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Family Division (Somerset-Hunterdon-Warren Vicinage) for an extended term. While attending law school, Kelley worked as a law clerk at the Law Offices of Harold B. Beeler where she assisted a former New York Supreme Court Justice in both litigation and mediation of a wide range of matrimonial/family law disputes.

She was named to New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2021.
