William E. LaFave, Associate

William LaFave works closely with the firm’s real estate clients to skillfully and quickly assess their objectives, close their transactions, and achieve their goals. He has over ten years of experience advising a wide range of clients including real estate developers, commercial and private landlords and tenants, business owners, lenders, borrowers, and real estate investment trusts.

William provides counsel in the areas of contracts, letters of intent, portfolio management, asset acquisition and disposition, construction agreements, mortgage originations and refinancings, joint venture and operating agreements, and more. He is particularly proficient in drafting and negotiating leases, including agreements for retail, office, and warehouse assets. Prior to joining Brach Eichler, William worked as a real estate attorney for a number of large firms in New York.
