Brach Eichler Attorney, David L. Tsin, Promoted to Counsel

Roseland, NJ (September 2, 2020) – Brach Eichler LLC is pleased to announce that attorney David L. Tsin has been promoted to Counsel in the firm’s Corporate Transactions & Financial Services Practice. The promotion is effective immediately.

David, who is based in Brach Eichler’s Roseland, New Jersey office, is a seasoned attorney who advises and represents large and small business clients. His experience includes a broad range of corporate, securities, and other business law matters. He reports directly to Brian R. Lenker, the Chair of Brach Eichler’s Corporate Transactions & Financial Services Practice.

Prior to joining Brach Eichler, David practiced law at two prominent international law firms based in New York City, where he focused mainly on sophisticated corporate and securities law matters. In addition to his professional attributes, David is passionate about community service and has been recognized by the New York State Bar Association for his pro bono legal work to help people in need.

David joined Brach Eichler in 2019 as an Associate. He attended New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and received his M.B.A and J.D. from the University of Chicago. David is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey, New York, and Washington, D.C.
